Michgan Supreme Court Amends Certain Michigan Rules
of Professional Conduct
On October 26, 2010, the Michigan Supreme Court issued
ADM File No. 2009-06, which adopted MRPC 2.4, 5.7 and 6.6. The order also amended MRPC 3.1, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 5.5, and 8.5. These rules changes are
effective on January 1, 2011.
