The
AGC is comprised of 9 volunteer Commissioners and the Grievance Administrator
and his staff. Of the 9 Commissioners, 6 are lawyers and 3 are lay members
appointed for set terms by the Michigan Supreme Court. The Commissioners
oversee the operations of the Grievance Administrator and his staff. The
Commissioners meet on a monthly basis to exercise their supervisory duties
and to review and decide what action is to be taken on matters presented to
them.
